About this deal

The Exalted Chariot is 220 points with the Bladebinger on top, 180 without, the Hellflayer is 180 with and 140 without, the Seeker Chariot is 160 with and 120 without. The Seeker Chariot is battleline in a Godseekers Host. Contents: 1 x Ishrann Soulrender (Hero), 10 x Namarti Thralls (Battleline) and 3 x Arkhelian Guard (Batteline if General is Arkhelian Hero) Essentially models in this unit can pile-in 6″ instead of 3″. This used to be reasonably popular for lists using lots of Seekers (of course) but again due to the combined price hikes for the best Heroes, corners need to be cut elsewhere. Contents: 1 x Oldblood on Carnosaur (Hero), 12 x Saurus Warriors (Battleline in units of 10) and 8 x Saurus Knights (Battleline in units of 5)

an Exalted Seeker Chariot of Slaanesh, with 4 claw-armed Daemonettes either atop the chariot or riding the horned beasts that pull it;

Hedonites of Slaanesh.

Any Hedonites of Slaanesh force is going to want at least one of these boxes, as when you first start out they can form a nice little core to your forces – but when you eventually develop out your forces to a full 2000 points you can phase some of these models out and use them as forces to bring on thanks to your summon mechanic – an essential buy in our opinion. Seekers of Slaanesh, featuring ten different Daemonette heads, two different Slaanesh icons, and a host of other optional components; In the top 3 of repeatable Start Collecting. If you’re getting into the Bray-Bois you’ll end up with many of these. Great buy. We are a small team of Warhammer Enthusiasts and miniature collectors, hoping to support and further promote the hobby. Mortals still indulge their desire and obsessions beyond all sense of decency, and glory in forbidden excess – and while such horrors persist, so too will the followers of Slaanesh. Where once the Dark Prince compelled his subjects to greater depths of depravity, his greater daemons now rule in his stead. Champions of Slaanesh, however, still grow in power, gaining dark blessings and gifts… This is a great-value box set that gives you an immediate collection of fantastic Daemons of Slaanesh miniatures, which you can assemble and use right away in games of Warhammer Age of Sigmar!

This is the only start collecting box for Slaanesh and despite not including the best Slaaneshi units or some of the newest models, it’s still a good value box with many essential units. If you run the Bray-Shaman as your General and build the Ungors as regular Ungors, you’ll get another legal list from this box as he will turn your Bestigors into Battleline giving you the required Hero and 2 Battleline again. Ungor Raiders however are one of the few ranged units available to Chaos and certainly to Beasts of Chaos in particular so if you want to do anything in the shooting phase you might want to build them as Raiders.Huge, armored daemonic steeds that look like a cross between a direwolf and a scarlet mechanical bull – sometimes ridden by Bloodletter characters or World Eaters

Contents: 1 Farseer (HQ), 5 Wraithguard/Wraithblades (Elites), 1 Wraithlord (Heavy Support), 1 War Walker (Heavy Support) These are generic allegiance abilities available to all Hedonites of Slaanesh players. Feast of Depravities Contents: 1 Herald of Nurgle / Poxbringer, 10 x Plaguebearers (Battleline), 3 x Nurglings, and 3 x Plague Drones Savings-wise this is decent, but the contents are rubbish. You don’t ever really want Tactical Marines and Baal Predators don’t offer much either. This really suffers from including the Predator – it would be a much better box if it had say, Death Company instead. Feels like a relic of 3rd/4th edition. As previously mentioned, the new edition of Warhammer Age of Sigmar is set to shake up a fair few rules and create some interesting opportunities for your Hedonite armies. To find out just how they’ll be adapting to these changes, we asked our playtester and tournament-winning master of all things Slaanesh Mike Willson to give us his thoughts and advice.Like the new Start Collecting: Chaos Space Marines box, it’s a bit hard to evaluate this one effectively because it’s currently the only place to get Suppressors, which are an insanely good unit for Iron Hands and, to a lesser extent, Imperial Fists armies. That said, everything in this box except the Lieutenant is a solid addition to a competitive Space Marines army, and even the Lieutenant is serviceable in a pinch. Even if you could get Suppressors somewhere else, this box would still be an incredibly good value based on what’s in it. Changes the requirements for units in the Super Battalion. Not worth commenting on as, as usual, you will never use the Battalion in the first place. Every subfaction has its slightly different version of this and it doesn’t get better. Command Traits This is a really versatile box as many of the units can be build in a different ways and can be slotted in to different Death lists depending on how they’re built. In a Flesh-Eater Courts army the big beast of the box (Terrorgheist/ZD) can be built as a standalone behemoth with a freestanding Ghoul King or as a mounted leader of either the FEC variety or as a Vampire Lord/the named Vampire Lord, Prince Vordrai.

There are many powerful and versatile units across the Hedonites of Slaanesh faction, and some more, in particular, are about to see some significant benefits from the new edition. Sigvald, Prince of Slaanesh

Daemon Princes are mortal (usually human or Space Marine) champions of Chaos who have been transformed into daemons and given immortality as a denizen of the warp. Most are granted daemonhood by a specific chosen deity in return for loyal service, but some are bound to serve chaos undivided (so no god in particular). As creatures of psychic energy, not flesh, all Slaanesh Daemons reflect some aspect of their patron god’s essence: sin, excess, hedonism, sensation, temptation, obsession – but, above all, the deadly threats that lurk beneath mortal desire.
