About this deal

We’re a team of passionate gamers and we're building an enthusiast hardware community that's growing every single day. Start by peeling off the backing paper from one corner of the tape, making sure not to remove too much of the adhesive backing at once. While it may be one of the most comfortable headsets on the market, the audio quality is a bit lacking if you don’t take the time to adjust it to each specific scenario and even then, requiring THX Spatial Audio in some capacity if you want to be on an even playing field with other more competitive devices.

The chassis is all-black, although you can program an LED Razer logo on each earcup to light up, if you want to give any onlookers a light show. That said, if you like to listen to audio at high volumes in a shared space, you won't bother others around you. Soft sponge-like material are common and can be very durable, but then again, they aren’t leather :).

Alongside more connectivity options and quality of life improvements, the Razer Kraken V3 Pro is easily one of the best wireless headsets we’ve ever reviewed. The Hypersense edition comes with Lofelt's L5 haptic drivers, which vibrate and bring feelable texture to sounds like footsteps or grenades going off, distinguishing these gaming headphones from the rest of the competition. is the flagship model, touting the advanced haptics and retaining the best features from the previous two models. Another peak in the high-mid to low-treble makes the upper harmonics of vocals and lead instruments a little harsh.

Let me first state that the Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense and Kraken V3 Pro gaming headphones are not your average gaming headsets as they are designed to enhance your gaming experience. There are three settings for haptic rumbles: low, medium, and high, each of which you can cycle through with the push of the button. It is only a minor inconvenience that the cord is hooked to the left ear cup and travels across my body to the right PC, but this is a minor inconvenience nonetheless. You can program the headset to do this for games, music, movies and TV shows — or for none of the above. There are a few modes that you can select: 'Game Mode', 'Movie Mode', 'Music Mode', and 'Custom Mode'.

In addition to HyperSense, THX spatial audio, Razer TriForce Titanium 50mm speakers, a detachable microphone, Chroma RGB illumination, a volume slider, and a mute button, both headsets feature a mute button.Playing our own game has never felt this new and interesting, its haptic feedback and splendid audio are a stunning combination for immersion.
